The Fund was established on 17 February 2010 primarily for the support, coordination and implementation of social projects and ideas on the territory of the Altai territory and Biysk aimed at fitness and military-Patriotic activities, promotion of projects in the field of culture, sports, military-Patriotic education, provision of targeted social assistance to needy teenagers and children from risk groups including the disasters and emergency situations, and implementation of grant programs.
