Club MEVIS-1 invites all residents of Podolsk on swimming lessons. We are leaders in the field of teaching swimming to adults in Russia and in Germany.
Our offer is unique as it allows people who for one reason or another are unable to learn to swim in childhood, to fill this gap. We strive to make they feel in the classroom as comfortable as possible, so during class in pool is not allowed to unauthorized persons.
Courses are designed for people two categories 11 to 17 and from 18 to 55 years.

Our club exists for more than 16 years and we have extensive experience working with people of different ages, always giving excellent results. Our coaches are based on the author‘s methods of teaching adults developed by in the swimming Department Moscow University of Physical Culture.
We are the first in the Russian club, which is recognized in Europe, and we use a technique patented in Germany and successfully applied in the branches of the club in this country. Moreover, it is used for training police officers of this country at the training base in effect in the city of lübeck.
As a result of work of our trainers people get rid of rabies and can swim 5-10 km in open water without experiencing anxiety and fear.
We help you to find a convenient schedule of classes, daytime or evening time. At client‘s request they can be conducted as a group and individually.
