Moscow multifunctional cultural center — a site of Department of culture of Moscow for the development and realization of creative potential of Muscovites. The map of the capital MMKTS appeared in 2012 and has confidently occupied a niche in the cultural space of the metropolis. This is a place for thinking, proactive, ambitious and creative Muscovites agents of change. They are changing themselves and changing it for the better urban space.

Citizens is the most important strategic resource for the development of the city and the carriers of great intellectual potential. Their involvement in the process of improving the urban environment is our main priority in work. Since 2012, participants of the event were more than 300 thousand people.
The centre operates under the principles of "Green office", has comfortable classrooms and a multipurpose room for trainings, presentations, conferences and concerts. The center provides services on a fee basis.

In MMKTS works first in the Yaroslavl district in the capital Neighborhood center – free place where you can come at a convenient time, to relax over a Cup of tea, free wi-fi, meet the neighbors and find like-minded people, to offer the project for improvement of district, to get the latest information about the interesting and free activities close to home.
MMKTS is a modern space and philosophy indifferent attitude to the city and its culture.
Weekly on Mondays from 16:00 to 18:00 hours on the day of reception of citizens by the Director of the institution.
