New LCD botany. Ekaterinburg, Russia

Residential complex "New Botany" is the first project of integrated development in Ekaterinburg‘s Botanic district. A variety of ergonomic planning solutions allow each customer to choose the most suitable option from compact studios to spacious three-bedroom apartments.
The complex got its name not accidentally. It is located near the Botanical garden, where more than 10 thousand plants from all over the world. At the same time in walking distance is all necessary for life in a modern city infrastructure. LCD "New Botany" is located in the former territory of factory "the Urals Jewellers".
The complex consists of four residential buildings of variable height from 14 to 26 floors. Each house has a corresponding visual image of the stone and color concept design of residential areas: emerald, sapphire, ruby and amethyst. "New Botany" – a new quality of life in a familiar place.
