For children ages 10 months to 4 years.

Each kindergarten is in a two bedroom apartment not less than 60 sq. m. on the 1st or 2nd floor of a residential building - in the same room playing in the other room a bedroom. Children eat in kitchen - every kitchen is not less than 9 sq. m.

There is a possibility of round-the-clock stay of children.
