The focus of our activities:
- Construction of spaces and buildings for trade;
- Rental services of commercial real estate;
- Maintenance of retail properties;
- The creation of a new regional shopping center (shopping centers).
A priority today is the development of a fundamentally new format of entertainment, service and shopping centres in the southern part of Russia. We plan to build shopping centres in small towns with a population of 20 thousand people.
