Coordination of alterations of Moscow

GBU "Expert Center" conducts a survey of apartment buildings for the technical condition of load-bearing and external wall structures, utilities and checks for non-compliance with the rules for the operation of buildings. The verification process uses visual and instrumental methods of control. In 2016-2017, the State Budgetary Institution "Expert Center" checked more than 1,000 apartment buildings in Moscow and issued detailed technical reports.
Since August 2017, the State Budgetary Institution "Expert Center" has been issuing conclusions on the admissibility and safety of redevelopment and (or) reconstruction, as well as on the prospects of the planned work in the absence of information about the technical condition of the building structures and the authors of the project of the house, as well as houses of historical buildings in Moscow .
