Coach: Marina Guseva, more than 10 years of teaching Yoga, developed his method of teaching, unique to our city.

"If you want to make friends with your own body and learn to understand yourself better, then yoga is for you. Our whole life consists mainly of typical situations in which we use ready-made patterns of behavior. But to thrive, you need to go beyond the usual. And yoga gives us that opportunity.

Doing asana practice, we adopt various postures, many of which, especially at the initial stage, be a real challenge. To develop a body, we have to listen to yourself and look for the right solution, allowing a return of discomfort state in the comfort zone. Master one position, we move to another and solve a new task.

So gradually we learn to listen and understand your body and adjust the harmonious interaction of all its parts with each other. As a result, become more healthy and happy."
