1) protection of life and health of citizens;
2) protection of objects and (or) property (including transportation) owned, in the possession, use, economic management, operational management or trust management, with the exception of objects and (or) the equipment under paragraph 7 of this part;

3) protection of objects and (or) property on the objects with implementation of design, installation and maintenance of technical means of protection, the list of which is established by the Government of the Russian Federation and (or) adoption of the relevant response to their signal information;

4) advice and recommendations to clients on questions of lawful protection against illegal encroachments;
5) ensuring order in the venues of mass events;
6) ensuring intrabuilding and admission modes on objects, except for objects prescribed by paragraph 7 of this part;

7) protection of objects and (or) property, and ensuring intrabuilding and admission modes for the objects in respect of which mandatory requirements to antiterrorist protection, with the exception of the objects, stipulated by part three of article 11 of this Law.
