Centre "Peterburgskaya Ekspertiza" is one of the few independent Russian multidisciplinary expert organization providing a a wide spectrum of expert services. The conditions and procedure for organisation of production of judicial examinations in "Peterburgskaya Ekspertiza" is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the Criminal procedure code of the Russian Federation, Civil procedural code, Arbitration procedural code of the Russian Federation, of the Russian code of administrative offences, the Customs code of the Russian Federation, Tax code of the Russian Federation, the Federal law of may 31, 2001 N 73-FZ "On state forensic activities in the Russian Federation" and in compliance with other Federal laws and normative legal acts of the Ministry of justice of the Russian Federation regulating the production of forensic examinations.
