We bake Trdelnik. Trdelnik – traditional Czech pastries in the shape of a cylinder, baked in a special grill oven or on the coals. It is prepared exclusively from natural ingredients.
In our bakery, we prepare it right in front of you and only to order, so you always receive 100% fresh cakes.
The batter is wound on a wooden spindle, sprinkled with sugar and baked in a special oven for trdelnik for 3-4 minutes. Cooked trdelnik removed from the roller, sprinkle with any topping of your choice, or remain without topping just covered with Golden crispy crust.
