Here you can attend classes in Hatha yoga, seminars on yoga, nutrition, meditation classes and evening "Yoga of sound". It offers a spacious gym, yoga and a convenient dressing room.
We want to open up the world of yoga and meditation to interested people, to make this process accessible and understandable for everyone, to give the knowledge of the true yoga practice from authoritative sources.

We invite You to our cozy yoga space for classes in the following areas: Hatha yoga, Kundalini yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga, qigong, pranayama, meditation, yoga for special children.

In the physical aspect, we use only the correct approach to the spine (without any twists, bends to the side and the deep spinal deformities, formerly called "yoga CAT").

Our centre offers unique Ayurvedic massages, allowing you to quickly and effectively boost a weakened immune system, restore physical and mental balance.

When conducting Ayurvedic treatment uses a special oil with natural extracts of herbs (50 species) and medicinal herbal powders.
