The first Tula monitoring Agency is carrying out projects to study acting deputies of the Tula regional Duma, members of the government of the Tula region, deputies of representative bodies of local self-government senators from the Tula region, deputies of the State Duma, heads of power structures, heads of major municipalities, and leaders of non-parliamentary and public associations.
