Sandwich panel is a three-layer plastic panel, the inner layer of which consists of extruded or svobodnovihrevye (foam PSB - 35) polystyrene. Filler on two sides are covered with plastic sheets of rigid PVC or laminated (HPL sheets) plastic. Such panels make finishing slopes, correcting construction mistakes, fill the opaque fragments of balcony structures and are used for making office partitions and billboards.
Sandwich panels can have different front surface: glossy, matte, woodgrain.
Plastic sandwich panels consist of several layers of different materials. This heterogeneity gives the panels properties, combining the advantages of both one and the other material. For example, the inner layer is polystyrene foam provides small weight and good thermal insulation. The outer layers of hard plastic provide an aesthetic appearance, impact resistance, surface hardness and rigidity of the panel
