5 APR 2013 Federal law No. 44-FZ "On contract system in procurement of goods, works, services for state and municipal needs". The law will come into force on 1 January 2014 and will replace the current Federal law No. 94-FZ of 21 July 2005 "On placing of orders for deliveries of goods, performance of works, rendering of services for state and municipal needs".
