Training centre the training system provides vocational training and re-training of GMDSS radio personnel (GMDSS - ROC, GOC, 2nd & 1st class Radio Electronics).

The training is performed on 2 machines:
- Transas Marine (Sailor) or/and
- IZUMI (JRC— Japan Radio Corporation);
and the current ship radio equipment GMDSS Sailor Н2192.

For the cadets of ONMA hospital (including MCTF ODMA and Marinesco):
- photocopy of the passport of the seaman
- one photo 3x4
- report
- receipt of payment
- photocopy of the record book (MCTF ODMA and Marinesco)

For students correspondence students:
- photocopy of the passport of the seaman
