In the center of Odessa on Deribasovskaya street is a small cafe called "Waffle Top". The menu includes signature Hong Kong waffles in the balls. Guests have the opportunity to choose the filling dishes – sweet as a dessert, or a hearty stuffing in the format of a full dinner.
