GK "home port". Sevastopol, Ukraine

GK "home port" is the successor of the construction company OOO"TPK." formed on the basis of the plant "HPD" of the Ministry of construction of USSR, created in 1956. In January 1971 for the early fulfillment of the 5-year plan and achieved high TEP in housing construction, the plant was awarded the order of the October Socialist Revolution.

To date, the main activities of GC "home port" are:

- construction of both residential and industrial purposes, administrative, social and commercial complexes as a General contractor;
- General design, planning and supervision of industrial and civil buildings and structures, including a coordinating function, as well as the development of method statements and projects on the adaptation of imported technological equipment;
- reconstruction and capital repairs of buildings and structures, including emergency facilities;
implementation of projects in the food processing industry, electricity, communication systems and communications;
- execution of orders for construction of objects of individual housing construction with use of environmentally friendly materials and technologies, including the elaboration of design solutions.
- construction and repair of roads and constructions on them, as well as their summer and winter maintenance;
infrastructure development of sports, health-related, cultural-cognitive and business tourism of Russian and foreign citizens.
