The project "consumer Protection" is aimed at providing legal assistance to consumers and enhancing consumer literacy of inhabitants of Vladimir region. It is implemented using the grant of the President of the Russian Federation on development of institutes of civil society provided by the presidential grants.

Center of free legal assistance to consumers open 1 December 2017. The centre is engaged in:

consulting, drafting of claims and legal support for consumers, including in the courts (free of judicial protection provided for privileged categories of citizens),
to improve the level of consumer literacy of people through seminars and lectures for people of different ages and social groups
the introduction of "consumer mediation" — mediation settlement through intermediaries.
Personal welcome (advice, drafting of claims) we hold on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12 to 18 hours to the address: Vladimir, St. Officer 9-a (entrance via an "Ark"), stop St. Pichugin, the office is located in a residential building for the maternity hospital № 2.
