Michael Reisman
A pupil of the famous Moscow in the Caucasus gourmet guru Nino Kapanadze, who use recipes and techniques, surpassed his teacher, M. Reisman in 2004 revolutionised tastes in European festivals cuisine of the peoples of the world and instilled in the Europeans in the Finnish restaurant "La Grange" spicy, peppery and sour notes of his dishes.
Today one of his main henchmen is working in the cafe "Plyos", reviving the climax and referring to the case as art, ready to offer traditionally elegant and modern dishes, as well as 17 brand types of cooking meat
on the coals.
