Based on practices held by our teachers is Our Method – we help people find their way to the correct execution of exercises (practices), because in our school it is believed that the criterion of "correct" implementation can be only one – the experience of a state of inner harmony of man (the practitioner) and the joy of the practice.
That is why we do not force anyone to curl up in a 3 knot and stand on the ears, moreover, do not put this objective in practice. All of these abilities, achievements and much more comes in the process of understanding yoga, if you apply the right method and principles on which is built all our practical classes and lectures.
Yoga is a natural! She instilled in us the very structure of our body. That is why yoga cannot be taught but can be learned. We are not trying to teach yoga, we strive to unleash the potential of people. Without a sense of inner harmony, without the pursuit of that feeling, yoga is meaningless. It wouldn‘t be yoga.
